At Howard Hunt Mail, we actively encourage all our customers to post environmentally-friendly direct mail. ‘Green’ direct mail can benefit from certain discounts by mailing too through a service called Responsible Mail.
The service is for direct mail only, letter and large letter formats.
There are two levels, Entry and Intermediate. Responsible Mail gives a price reduction of 0.3p for Entry and 0.7p for Intermediate. If combined with the Advertising Mail service, it gives a further 2.0p per item reduction and a potential total reduction of up to 2.7p per item!
To qualify for Responsible Mail, you need to ensure your Direct Mail is sent to up-to-date and relevant address lists to minimise poorly targeted mail, and you must use environmentally-friendly materials that are recyclable.
